What we collect

We only collect what you choose to give us. If you start a conversation with us through the chat on our website, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, and the contents of your messages. We also collect basic technical information automatically, such as your browser type, device type, and general location, so the site works correctly and stays secure.

How we use it

We use your information to answer your questions, follow up on your request, provide customer service, send you updates you asked for, and improve our website and services. We do not sell your information. We do not rent it out. We do not use it for anything you would not expect from a company you contacted.

Mobile information and text messaging

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

If you give us your phone number and agree to receive text messages, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive messages is never a condition of any purchase.

Where we collect consent: the rollout-list signup form on this site collects your email only; we do not ask for a phone number there. If you want to reach us by text, use the chat widget on this site, which may ask for your phone number and your consent to message you. We use any phone number and SMS data solely to contact you about the OZZ rollout and your early-access spot. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Connected business systems (accounting and CRM)

With your explicit authorization, Ozz Technologies connects to third-party business systems you already use, such as QuickBooks Online and your customer relationship management (CRM) software. We access this data on a read-only basis to produce the reports, dashboards, and forecasts you have asked us to build for your business. We do not write to, modify, or delete anything in your accounting or CRM systems. The data we read is stored in a dedicated, access-controlled database provisioned for your business alone. We never sell it and never combine it with another company's data. You can disconnect these integrations at any time, which immediately revokes our access, and you can ask us to delete the stored copy. We protect this data with encryption in transit and at rest and least-privilege access controls.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers who help us run our business, such as our website host, email provider, and customer messaging platform. They may only use it to perform work for us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as we need it to serve you or to meet legal and recordkeeping obligations, and then we delete it.

Your choices and deletion requests

You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email ray@ozz-workforce.com with the words "Delete my information" and we will take care of it. There is no charge, and no explanation is required.

Children

Our website and services are meant for business owners and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we will change the date at the top of this page.
