Is an Ozz Pro an employee of my company?
No. Your Pro works for your business every day, but Ozz handles the hiring, training, and support behind them.
Full-time or part-time?
Either. Your Pro works on your schedule, in your time zone.
What systems will my Pro use?
Yours. Your CRM, your ERP, your email, your phones. We fit-train them on your tools before they start.
How do you keep my data safe?
Every Pro completes Ozz Data Security & Privacy training, works under confidentiality, and only gets the access you grant.
What if my Pro isn't the right fit?
Tell us. We re-match you with a Pro who fits, and your business keeps moving.
Can a Pro work with Ozz AI?
Yes, for home service businesses today. That's Ozz VI: VA + AI. Ozz AI for more industries is coming.
What industries do you serve?
Any business. We have built-out teams for home service, manufacturing and distribution, real estate and property management, mortgage and lending, and general business.
How do I start?
Build your team or book a fit call. Tell us the job, and we'll build the Pro.
Do I have to hire a full-time Pro?
No. Hire full-time, part-time, or share a Pro with another business.
How does a Shared Pro work?
We pair you with a business in the same trade that serves a different market. Example: a plumber in New Jersey and a plumber in Oregon share one Pro. New Jersey gets the morning, Oregon gets its morning three hours later, and the Pro works a full day.
Will my Shared Pro work for a competitor?
Never. Your partner business is in your trade but serves a different market, so you never compete for the same customers.
Is my data safe with a Shared Pro?
Yes. Each business's data, logins, and customers stay completely separate, and your Pro works under confidentiality for both.
Can my outside reps share a Pro?
Yes. With a Rep Pod, two or three outside reps share one trained Pro who handles their quotes, orders, follow-ups, and CRM.
What is Ozz Pros AI?
A monthly subscription, coming soon, that gives businesses outside home service Hitch, the Ozz Pros matchmaking services, and a communication hub that runs alongside their CRM, with their Ozz Pros working inside it.
Do I have to replace my CRM?
No. Your CRM stays your system of record. The Ozz Pros AI hub runs alongside it and stays in sync.
